4Town Solar Project Joint Committee
(This is a working committee meeting where committee members are discussing their assigned topics pertaining to the solar installation planned by EDP Renewables in the Towns of Dunkirk, Porter, Fulton, and Albion. The public is welcome to attend and will be invited to participate in the “Public Comment” period in the last portion of the agenda.)

CALL TO ORDER
1. Welcome
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Review of 4Town Solar Project meetings to date: 6.17.26, 7.13.26, 7.21.26 4. Meet with EDP Salesperson to discuss the scope of the planned project. (If the EDP Representative is in attendance, the committee will not proceed with agenda items 5-7 and will adjourn after Public Comment.) 5. Review additional documents/resources for committee notebook. 6. Tasks assigned at 7.21.26 meeting
a. Norm: Research SB-3 and AB-493. Draft Joint Resolution in support.
b. Becky: invite Joe Ruth, attorney from WI Town Assn. to speak with us. Discuss other attorney groups who specialize in solar. (BD: Joe Ruth said no. Norm to call.)
c. Evan: draft document re: Road Protection
d. Becky: investigate how we can post docs to one of our Towns’ websites
e. Ryan: Contact Mark Cook re: PSC
f. Members: read sample “Joint Development Agreement.” Discuss plan to draft our own. 7. Unanswered items and unassigned “action steps” from 7.21.26 meeting a. Expand the committee? b. Contact State Rep to ask who we should talk with re Solar Installations (BD emailed Randy Udell) c. “Model Ordinance” – contact author and ask to come speak with us (BD contacted – said yes) 8.
